Let's face it: skateboards are so 1995. And as we move further into the 21st century, we clearly need a skateboard-like device that's a little more futuristic, perhaps a skateboard that's so cool that it actually transcends the board.
Enter "Post-Modern Skateboard." Sold by Hammacher Schlemmer, this new $100 skating product is essentially just two 10-inch wheels with foot platforms that can be hooked together using an extendable bar (for additional stability) or kept separately.
Based on the video below, this super advanced skateboard without a board certainly seems to allow for some added mobility, but it's not quite as versatile as the classic... uh... modern skateboard.
